Our surveyors work closely with our project managers to purify tender returns and regularly hold meetings with tendering contractors to ensure that they fully understand the elements being priced.

Our Principal designer will ensure that your project is safe to build and delivers excellent value for money. We fully consider the health and safety implications of the proposed design and offer up cost effective alternatives where required.

We will advise clients on their obligations under C.D.M 2015, and discharge their duties as required.

  • Compile and issue pre-construction information to tendering contractors.
  • Prepare and submit F10 document notifications to the H.S.E
  • Review the principal contractors constructions phase Health and Safety and make comments on same.
  • Advise the client when the construction phase plan is sufficiently developed to commence works on site.
  • Co-ordinate and compile project Health and Safety files as required.

We will co-oridnate the Health and Safety requirements of the project from conception to completion, in line with C.D.M 2015
